Hands-On Energy Healing

Service Description

As the practitioner, I act as a conduit for life-force energy, directing it to you. From there the intelligence of the energy and your body facilitate the healing. I hold the space, you are the healer. Each session is unique, and what follows depends on what is being processed in session. The session will bring you deeper into yourself, and the healing will continues once the session is over. Typically people feel lighter, more embodied, or more "clear". Occasionally a session can bring up trapped emotions, such as sadness or anger, that aren't able to be fully released during our time together. To receive the full benefits of a session, hold space for whatever comes up the following days, as this will allow it to fully be released. What to expect: I will begin the session by asking if there are any areas you'd like to focus on, and you'll have time to ask any questions you may have. For the session, you will lie on a massage table (or virtually lie down comfortably where you are). The session will be a combination of hands-on and hands hovering where I feel called. Afterwards, we will debrief the experience before you depart. A complete session varies from 60-90 minutes.
